1.Engage internal clients from reginal Engineer team and 7 factories, to fully follow commercial process in capital buying activities.
2.Provide market, operation and financial insights and inputs to the internal sourcing strategy process and implementing locally.

4.Ensures compliance with proper procedures, policies, systems and controls.
5.Assess and develop suppliers in order to meet business needs and opportunities.
6.Plan and lead commercial negotiations with suppliers to optimize price, quality, supply availability and payment terms. Employ new ways of working or commercial tools to improve buying performance (tender, bidding, e-auction, benchmarking) and improve suppliers management efficiencies.
7.Ensure effective risk management of the supply ba
se, through robust contracts and monitoring of financial, resolving commercial issues and other KPI systems (SLA, CASH, SAVING, RESPONSIBLE SOURCING, Etc.)
8.Implement corrective actions as appropriate. Manage all related commercial, financial & ethical aspects of projects.

1.Bachelor’s degree or above,
2.At least 4 years of working experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a CAB procurement related role.
3.Good analytical skills and ability to make sound business recommendations.
4.Ability to execute commercial and business strategies to gain a competitive advantage.
5.Good negotiating and interpersonal skill in order to be effective in both the internal and external environments.
6.Ability to influence across function
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
