岗位职责：
1. Report to the Head of Operations China
向运营总监汇报
2. Ensure effective and efficient managing and administering of station without safety issue
全面高效地管理航站,避免任何安全问题
3. Ensure that handling services provided to AirAsia by GHA/GSA/3rd party are performed in accordance with the appropriate and agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and handling agreements and charge match services provided
确保地面服务助理或第三方按照地服协议和标准要求向亚航提供服务,并监督服务质量确保日常整体运营的安全
4. Ensure Ｏn time performance (OTP) at station
监督航站准点率
5. Compliance to station regulatory audit process
遵守航站监管审核程序
6. Ensure all station manual be updated and under control
更新和监督航站运营程序及手册
7. Attend all meeting with related department as Airport authority, CIQ, GHA, GSA, local AOC etc
参加有关部门的会议,如与机场当局,三关,航站员工,当地的机场运营指挥中心等
8. Complete station monthly/daily report timely
准时完成航站的日常或月度报告
9. Ensure optimum payload, safe, efficient and Ｏn-time dep of flt
确保航班的***载荷及安全、高效、准点
10. Ensure handling process of pax , baggage, and cargo in accordance to company’s procedure
确保乘客、行李及货物的处理流程符合公司规定
11. Co-ordinate and monitor the GH’s performance to meet our SVC standard
协调与监督地面运营的服务达到标准
12. Ensure all compliance of the company’s accounting procedures at station
确保航站的财务流程符合公司规定
13. Keep HQ informed latest local policy
掌握并向总部及时汇报最新地方政策
14. Liaise with local related department CIQ, Catering, airport authority, hotel, Transportation Company etc to ensure smooth handling of AirAsia flight
与当地有关部门联系,如三关、餐饮、机场当局、酒店、交通运输公司等,确保亚航航班顺利运营
15. Complete other job assigned by the Head of Operations China
完成上级交办的其它工作


任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree
本科学历以上
2. 5 years or above foreign airlines operation supervise experience
5 年以上的外资航空公司管理经验
3. Microsoft knowledge (word/excel/power point etc)
熟悉办公软件(word/excel/power point 等)
4. Excellent interpersonal and Team work spirit
优秀的交往能力和团队合作精神
5. Be able to work under pressure and long hours
抗压能力强,吃苦耐劳
6. Good English writing and listening skill
良好的英语读写及听说能力
7. Able to handle tough or difficult case
能独立处理棘手事件或问题
8. Be familiar with AEP, LERP
熟悉各类机场应急处理和应变流程
9. Be familiar with SGHA/ASA
熟悉机场各类地服协议章节及应用
10. Be familiar with verify all the invoice
能熟练验证各类账务账单及发票
11. Honesty, faithfulness, reliability and uprightness.
