签证文员 兼职

【需要坐班，不可以在家办公】

我们希望您是：

能够提供半年以上时间兼职的小伙伴，以方便对您进行如全职员工一般的培养，在后期全职岗位开放时，您将是TLScontact的首要考虑对象。

岗位职责：

• 为申请者提供专业优质的客户服务；

• 为申请者解答申请过程中的疑问；

• 受理并审核申请者提交的签证申请材料；

• 完成签证资料收取、归纳、复审、数据录入以及材料扫描等工作；

• 始终保持专业、热情友好的工作状态；

• 及时就工作中出现的问题汇报部门主管，定期就如何提高工作效率和客户服务体验给出建议；

• 及时了解并学习与签证相关的最新准确信息；

• 协助部门主管完成其它相关业务工作；

• 遵循安全合规部门制定的与运营相关的所有安全要求。

任职要求：

• 具有良好的沟通能力和语言表达能力；

• 工作负责、细心、耐心、有服务意识，学习能力强；

• 能够承受压力，面对挑战和压力时要有耐心，能保持冷静和礼貌；

• 能够熟练操作Microsoft office办公软件及常用办公设备；

• 有基本的英语基础。

学历背景 Qualifications

专科及以上学历（专业不限），可接受在校生实习

College degree or above (no requirement for major), acceptable to intern.

语言要求 Languages

1 . 中文：母语，普通话标准流利

2 . 英语：具备基本的听说读写能力，可用英文进行简单的日常工作交流（通过CET4及以上等级考试为佳）

3 . 法语及其他小语种：非必要条件，是加分项

1 . Chinese: native speaker, fluent in Mandarin

2 . English: basic listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, with the ability to communicate in English for simple daily tasks

3 . French and other minor languages: not essential, a plus

工作职责 Responsibilities

1 . 严格遵守公司规章管理制度，确保签证中心及客户的信息安全和物理安全；

2 . 具有客户导向思维，并在操作规范的指导下，耐心热情地提供专业高效的线上线下签证服务。

3 . 根据个人能力和工作需求，接受相关培训和历练，定期完成工作总结

4 . 及时向管理层反馈和汇报问题，完成部门主管交代的其他任务
