1. Perform credit card transaction authorization and confirmation;
2. Monitor and address potential fraud risks in real-time;
3. Provide support for Online Banking and mobile App platforms;
4. Handle inbound and outbound calls/live chats related to Banking and credit card services;
5. Respond to customer emails and resolve outward remittance discrepancies;
6. Deliver and maintain a high standard of customer service;
7. Effectively communicate with customers to resolve queries and complaints.
